Annual General Meeting (AGM)

It is tentatively planned to hold the AGM on Saturday the 17 June 2023, from 10:00 AM to Noon, at Le Chardo in Alfred. This still seems central for all members. Lance to phone and make reservations.
Election of Directors
As we have not had elections for directors of the club in a few years, it is intended that we have elections for two of the four presently active directors. Jeff Dale is stepping down as a director (he will remain a member and still active on the technical side). Dean’s position will be up for election as well. The last two directors (Lance and Gilles) will be up in 2024. Further information is to be disseminated on how this will be carried out. More info is also available on the club website in the bylaws. Elections will be at the AGM.
